What are Purrby® Cat Litter made of?
Our cat litter made from 100% selection of edible raw materials and natural plant binder. Not only is it 100% biodegradable, but it's also highly absorbent and clumps each time your cat uses their tray.


How long does a bag of Purrby® Cat Litter last?
Each bag of our litter is designed to last an entire month for one medium sized cat in an average sized litter box (12" x 16"). *Note that longevity may vary depending on the needs of your cat. Some cats generate more waste than others.


Can the litter be disposed of in the toilet?
Our litter is water soluble and can be removed in small quantities in the toilet.


Does Purrby® Cat Litter have a strong scent?
Our cat litter leaves behind a light, fresh clean scent that again, was designed to be used in litter and safe for your cat. It does not contain chemicals that are harmful to your cat.


I received a deflated cat litter pack, is it safe for use?
Losing vacuum is due to the unavoidable turbulence of the transport and the collision with other packages during transportation. The vacuum packaging is for dust removal and convenient placement in the box. De-vacuumed packaging will not affect the quality and shelf life. Please rest assured to use it.


Why does the litter look different?
Our clay litter is made from 100% selection of edible raw materials and natural plant binder, it can vary in texture and color.


How often should I completely change the litter in my litter box?
We recommends completely changing the litter in your box every 4 weeks for hygiene purpose. Be sure to remove the clumps daily and top off with fresh litter to maintain a 5-7cm level.
